During the protests in Hong Kong, the government started to build fences on footbridges to prevent protesters from dropping things to attack police officers on the ground. Even though protests are rarely seen after the implementation of the National Security Law, the fences are never taken down.
 
Whose point of view is it? The question is to be imagined by anyone. The only solid clue is a board with information about humans which imitates the information board that people usually see in a zoo.
